NYX HEMERA TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES NEW AGENT IN CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA, USA
Québec City, March 12, 2013. Nyx Hemera Technologies’ President and Chief Executive Officer, Pierre Longtin, has appointed Associated Lighting Representatives (ALR), Inc. to market its Tunnel Lighting Addressable Control System (TLACS) .in Northern California and Nevada.
Dedicated to lighting control in road tunnels, the TLACS is the most complete and technologically advanced solution on the market. Already installed in one of the longest tunnels in the world, the Kallang – Paya Lebar Expressway in Singapore, TLACS can be installed with any tunnel lighting luminaires (fluorescent, HIV, LED), and in any type and length of tunnel.
“With hundreds of major tunnels and looking to save energy, the United States is an important market for Nyx Hemera. We need a strong local presence and a good expertise in infrastructure lighting. ALR is the perfect partner to help Northern California and Nevada tunnel operators get the most of this new technology in existing or future tunnels” explained Mr. Longtin.
Darrell C. Packard of ALR was equally positive, saying "We're delighted to have been awarded representation of the TLACS. This high-end sustainable solution that can help operators save up to 50% in energy and operational costs will be a complement to our luminaire offering for road tunnel operators. We are convinced that engineering firms and tunnel operators will respond to these saving incentives”.
