photometric tunnel measurement at the IES-Montreal Lunch &amp; Learn, to be held exceptionally in Quebec City on December 4th.<\/strong><\/p><p>During this one-hour conference, Caroline Marcotte will explain the <strong>Photometric Measurement Service (PHM)<\/strong>, designed to ensure compliance with photometric measurement standards in tunnels, with the aim of improving safety and driving conditions.
