The project involved replacing the elevated Central Artery (I-93) with an underground highway, as well as building the Ted Williams Tunnel and the I-90 tunnel. The aim was <strong>to improve traffic flow and reconnect the neighborhoods<\/strong> of Audubon Circle, Kenmore Square, Fenway Park, the Yawkey Station transit hub, and the Lansdowne Entertainment District.<\/p><p>The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has once again chosen TLACS as the optimal lighting control solution. This solution reduces energy use by 25\u201355%, improves safety for users and extends the lifespan of the lights.<\/p><p>The TLACS smart lighting control system has already been installed in several other Boston tunnels, including the Prudential Tunnel, the Tip O&#8217;Neill Tunnel, the Sumner Tunnel, and Parcel 12 of the I-90.<\/p><p><strong>Characteristics:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Tunnel Length
