Quebec City, October 8, 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Nyx Hemera Technologies, a Quebec-based company specializing in intelligent lighting control and management systems for critical infrastructure, announces the acquisition of Comlab Telecommunications and its Davicom division<\/strong>, a Quebec City-based company recognized for its expertise in the automation and control of broadcasting and telecommunications sites worldwide.<\/p>

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the growth of both companies, as they possess highly complementary technological expertise; it will enable them to expand their engineering and product development capabilities while creating new opportunities for innovation in their current and future markets.<\/p>
