In addition to integrating the electrical installation for the lighting system and its control, TLACS-U+ can incorporate other Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) equipment, such as video surveillance (CCTV), lane usage signs, and flashing lights.

The TLACS-U is a turnkey lighting solution that controls and monitors luminaires. It uses smart control systems to manage light levels, monitor performance, and enhance safety in underpasses and short tunnels.
Its Installation can be carried out by any electrical contractor. It is a plug-and-play solution in which no software configuration is required.

A luminance meter (LCAM) or standardphotocell measures the luminance at theunderpass portal and sends the data to the UDE. The UDE then adjusts the brightness of the luminaires to maximize visibility for drivers entering the underpass. Sensors can connect to the main controller (UDE) via power line, RS-485 or Ethernet/FO (fiber optic) options.

Measures the level of illuminance within the tunnel bore to ensure the illumination levels are maintained between cleanings. This new power line unit is now available for an easy and reduced wiring and easy installation.

The Underpass Dimming Enclosure (UDE) is an efficient controller that interfaces each luminaire individually using power line communication OR a group of luminaires via 0-10V. Control, monitoring and firmware upgrade is done through an Ethernet port for remote control and an interface for local Wireless devices plug-in.
