Nyx Hemera Technologies installed its TLACS lighting control solution, which communicates via Power Line Communication, in the Massey Tunnel.
The 2064 ft. tunnel, which connects the cities of Delta and Richmond in British Columbia, Canada, needed a lighting upgrade. It is now equipped with 1175 LED luminaires, all controlled and monitored by the TLACS-EM solution. The addressable, normally individually controlled luminaires can, when needed for emergency or energy management, use a broadcast mode to turn all the luminaires on and off in a matter of seconds.
