TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT NYX HEMERA TECHNOLOGIES

Technical support at Nyx primarily focuses on prevention, where Mathew and his team remotely supervise our clients’ lighting control systems. They analyze operational databases, establish diagnoses, and formulate recommendations through a monthly report.

Clients with a PMP contract (Preventive Maintenance Program) are then regularly visited to enhance the configuration of TLACS, aiming to optimize safety, maintenance, and energy management.
